Christ Church Milwaukee
Youth Group HQ is a private tool for our church's youth ministry (grades 6 to 12) and their families. It is operated by HalyardCo (OBB Holdings LLC) as a service for Christ Church Milwaukee's youth ministry. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it is protected.
Parents, students, and volunteer leaders who register for Youth Group HQ. Because our students are minors, registration and account access are always reviewed and approved by a church leader before anyone can sign in.
We do not collect payment information, medical information, or government ID numbers through Youth Group HQ. Children listed under a family's account do not have their own login and are never contacted directly by email or text through this system.
Event names and times are public. Event addresses, the family directory, and any student information are only visible to signed-in, approved members of our youth ministry, never to the public internet.
We do not sell, rent, or share your name, email, phone number, or messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, ever. Mobile information and messaging opt-in consent specifically are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use trusted service providers (email delivery, text message delivery) only to deliver the messages you have asked to receive, never to advertise to you.
You can change your email and text preferences at any time from your account settings page. Turning either off never affects your ability to use Youth Group HQ or participate in Youth Group. See our SMS Terms for text-message-specific details.
