We occasionally take photos and video at Youth Group events. Before any photo of a student is used anywhere beyond our private, internal records, a parent or guardian must grant specific permission for that use (for example: church website, social media, printed newsletter).
Permission is collected separately from event registration, is specific to where a photo may be used, and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting your Youth Group leader.
Until the photo-permission workflow is live in Youth Group HQ itself, this permission is tracked by our leaders directly; this page will be updated with a self-serve option once that feature ships.
